Gifts of real estate donated by supporters can be used in two ways.
Option I
Part of our Mission is the perpetuation of the Cherokee Language and Culture. The Foundation works closely with the Cherokee Nation Natural Resource department helping preserve traditional plants. Land that donors would like permanently protected will be classified and determined by the Cherokee Nation. Not all land donated can be moved into tribal Trust.
If you would like more information about Tribal Trust please contact us at: contact@cherokeenationfoundation.org.
Option II
Trade Lands are real estate gifts that donors donate with the intention that the Foundation will sell with all proceeds going to the Foundation and our Mission.
